About the Role
• Project management for commercial real estate MD planning
• Domestic and international market research and data analysis related to commercial real estate
• Analysis of credit card big data
• Identifying consumer trends and consumption behavior patterns
• Structuring logical approaches for consulting reports and preparing various consulting deliverables
• MD project management role (team communication, project team management, and project leadership)
About You
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience in delivering client presentations and managing multiple projects is preferred
• Prior experience in consulting and data analysis, particularly within asset management firms, accounting firms, strategic consulting firms, or research institutions, is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership experience in team management and project coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus. Strong command of business English, including the ability to draft professional documents in English, is preferred

- 팀원 리딩 경험 및 고객 커뮤니케이션에 능통하신 분 선호
- 자산운용사, 회계법인, 전략컨설팅, 리서치업체 등 컨설팅 / 분석경험을 보유하신 분 선호
- 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 선호 (비즈니스영어 및 영어문서 작성가능자 선호)
