About the Role:
• Manage daily operations of the Vietnam office, including maintenance, janitorial services, and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for facilities and manage FM360 and YARDI systems for efficient operations and reporting.
• Greet visitors, handle calls, manage meeting rooms, mail, and provide general administrative support to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate visitor access, manage work orders through FM360, and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
• Support the Regional Facilities Manager with operational updates, budget oversight, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
• Proven experience managing day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, janitorial services, and vendor coordination, preferably in a corporate or regional office setting.
• Has a strong background in facilities budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control, as well as hands-on experience using FM360 and YARDI (or similar) systems for work order and accounting management.
• Ability to manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling calls, coordinating meeting rooms, and supporting general office administration in a professional and customer-focused environment.
• Familiar with managing work orders through facility management software and coordinating visitor access and security protocols to ensure smooth and secure office operations.
• Can work with regional or global facilities teams, with experience in operational reporting, safety compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
