As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Design QA Specialist works to execute the strategic vision of a variety of marketing deliverables, including sales materials, digital graphics, content marketing projects, client presentations, events materials and property marketing collateral, by ensuring the quality and accuracy of every creative asset that will be delivered by the team.Job Description
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive review of creative assets, ensuring proper design execution (design elements, contents, overall visual requirements, etc.) based on the project brief or comments provided by stakeholders
- Support the fulfillment of creative projects through QA:
- Review and understand the creative brief or project background and requirements; and adhere to company brand standards
- Work closely with Creative Lead/Manager, Graphic/Production Designers, and Project Coordinators in providing clear and constructive feedback
- Provide support or recommendations how to best implement revisions
- Properly assess QA process and provide recommendations on how to improve our operating model to ensure more efficiency and quality
- Properly document QA details and feedback, and ensure we have an organized reference of all projects executed by the team
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design quality assurance or any similar combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of design principles and knowledgeable in design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attentive to details, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
