Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handling leads/RFPs for South India – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, as per the process, which includes:
Lead qualification
Management approval on leads
Coordination with operations and procurement teams
Coordination with legal and compliance teams when documentation is involved
Pricing approvals from the State lead, regional head, and MD prior to the submission of proposals
Meeting with clients to present our capabilities/solutions for IFM or Property Management, based on their requirements
Ensuring timely closure with respect to documentation – LOA and agreements
Ensuring P&L BTR approvals upon confirmation of leads
Quarterly travel to respective states for client engagement/lead generation, as necessary
Adherence to RFP timelines for submission
Qualifications:
Minimum work experience of 8-10 years in client-facing, workplace coordination roles
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality/Hotel Management
Other business degrees with experience in client-facing roles are acceptable
Skills:
Proficiency in email communication and fluency in English are essential
Candidate must be adept with Microsoft Office tools – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams
