Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new leasing instructions and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism;
- Negotiate terms of instructions and transactions on behalf of clients;
- Develop, present, and implement marketing proposals and commercialisation strategies;
- Promote and present the full range of Cushman & Wakefield services to clients and prospects;
- Work closely with the national and international Office Agency teams to align strategies and leverage cross-border opportunities;
- Collaborate, when needed, with other service lines across the business;
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the wider Cushman & Wakefield platform;
- Support the ongoing update and accuracy of the office sector database;
- Represent the company and/or clients at meetings, events, and other occasions as required.
Candidate Profile
- Strong commercial background, preferably with experience in real estate;
- Proven track record in client management and business development;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven;
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level – mandatory);
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
