Provide fast and effective remote facilities management support to our client by responding, documenting, coordinating FM-related requests via web based system or over the phone. Monitor and maintain the facility maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports on status of work orders.Job Description
- Support the remote facilities lead in running the 24/7 operation of the helpdesk line. Manage all incoming calls and requests via the service desk professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Opening, tracking and closing work orders from Famis360 and calls received from client’s employees. Monthly support to import different types of reports from the 360 Facility platform.
- Coordinate and provide follow-up to daily operation activities, as well as ensure the quality of help desk duties. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Inform management of recurring problems.
- Support in all additional activities, as required in relation to this role within the Facilities Management. Attend training, follow-up meetings, launch of processes, initiatives and needs of other areas, and give punctual follow-up from these.
- Comply with client’s confidentiality and conduct guidelines, inside and outside the workplace.
About the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must have 1 year of facility management and remote site operational exposures. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Advanced skills in MS Office such as PowerPoint, word, excel etc.
- Must be fluent in English communication both oral and written.
- Amenable to working shifts and holidays as per business needs.
