Job Description
- Operations Management:
- Develop and implement facility maintenance plans and budgets.
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and utility cost.
- Oversee and manage all technical & Soft services aspects of mall operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, building automation, and security systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all technical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and mentor facility operations staff.
- Develop and implement training programs for facility operations staff.
- Motivate and engage staff to achieve operational goals.
- Manage and coordinate technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the mall premises.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the facility operations budget.
- Monitor and track facility operations costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Project Management: Manage technical projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
- Vendor Management: Ensure quality of work and adherence to contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

- Experience:
- 20+ years of experience in facility operations, with 10 + years in a management role.
- Proven experience in managing complex facilities, including malls or large commercial properties.

- Considerable experience in technical operations management, preferably in a large commercial facilities or mall environment.
- Experience in managing technical teams and projects.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.

- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
