We are seeking a highly motivated Valuer to join our Helsinki team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable property valuations for a variety of clients, including domestic and international property owners, investors, and financial institutions.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations for individual properties and property portfolios across all property types.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with local AKA and/or RICS standards.
- Perform real estate investment yield and risk analyses, financial reports, and market forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive real estate solutions to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and relevant legislation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, sales, and development projects.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss valuation findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- AKA certificate not mandatory, but a clear pathway towards the certificate is required.
- Experience in property valuation or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, any familiarity or proficiency in valuation models is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
