Job Description Summary

Excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a governance and strategic mindset to play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our client.

This Governance Manager will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the contractual management and providing support to the account leadership team by providing insights into areas of improvement. This role is also responsible for the management and submission of all policy and procedural documentation.

Job Description

· Follow established methods and procedures but may have freedom to determine priorities for completion of tasks

· Work closely with the account leadership team to ensure all contractual requirements are being met

· Manage the document library, trackers, deliverables and update/submit contractual documents as required

· Maintain Account Management Playbook and supporting internal process documents

· Continue to develop and implement comprehensive Governance Framework, policies and procedures based on the client's & account's business requirements

· Oversee and maintain the Account Business Continuity Plan and ensure all recurring efforts are completed on time to ensure account operations can be reestablished

· Project manage efforts to meet regulatory or firm requirements such as CA minimum wage reporting in partnership with account stakeholders

· Support account initiatives such as SharePoint management/oversight in partnership with the technology team

· Ability to work within a fast paced and agile environment with evolving needs
