We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement to support and manage procurement processes across our client’s locations. This role ensures timely and compliant creation of purchase orders services per site needs, service contracts support, maintaining vendor relationships, supporting with tracking budgets, and ensuring compliance with company corporate policies.Job Description
About the Role:
Procurement Strategy:
Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objections.Sourcing & Vendor Management:
Source new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts.
Cost Control:
Analyze procurement data, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.
Process Improvement:
Continuously enhance processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy, compliance, and legal requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
