Job Description Summary

The Brokerage Specialist role reports to the Office Manager, but the day to day responsibilities will be to support one of our top Capital Markets Teams in Los Angeles. This role his role blends brokerage operations and marketing coordination, supporting business development while ensuring all marketing efforts align with the team’s goals.

Job Description

  • Stay on top of emails, responding in a timely manner and prioritizing critical tasks.
  • Manage brokers daily calendar, giving timely reminders for calls and meetings.
  • Keep internal/external listing databases updated with inquiries, property details, and contacts.
  • Assist with creating marketing content and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, research, finance) and external clients as needed.
  • Schedule property tours and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are well-coordinated.
  • Conduct property research, surveys, and compile competitive sets.
  • Manage online content updates for websites and social media on behalf of brokers.
  • Maintain and populate listing databases with accurate property information.
  • Collect and prepare client activity reports and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to manage property campaigns and digital outreach.
  • Assist in the development of brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, and presentations.
  • Oversee listing updates on external platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, company website, etc.).
  • Coordinate and review marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Work closely with brokers to develop tailored marketing strategies for new listings and client engagements.
  • Assist with email campaigns and targeted outreach to potential investors/tenants.
  • Manage marketing timelines and ensure all deadlines are met for proposals, presentations, and listings.
  • Conduct market research and property analysis to support active transactions.
  • Assist brokers with client inquiries, property surveys, and tour coordination.
  • Prepare financial summaries, leasing/sales comparables, and deal reports.
  • Maintain and update property databases, CRM tools, and transaction records.
  • Participate in client-facing presentations and investment sales pitches.
  • Develop and refine tenant and investor outreach strategies.
  • Call/email listing brokers to obtain property details for ongoing surveys and reports.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
