As an Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our Birmingham team, driving business growth and contributing to high-profile projects. Our Birmingham planning team is one of four UK planning hubs—alongside Manchester, Leeds, and Bristol—forming part of Cushman & Wakefield’s 100-strong National Development and Strategic Advisory team. Joining our global, multi-disciplinary consultancy means you’ll gain access to market-leading insights, a wealth of resources, and the opportunity to collaborate with experts across multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and capitalising on business development opportunities.
Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate across Cushman & Wakefield’s business groups and international network to generate new instructions and pool expertise.
Play a key role in implementing the business plan, supporting senior leadership, and representing the team in the market.
Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to the growth of our integrated service offering.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in planning and development, ideally at Senior Surveyor or Associate level.
Strong client relationship and business development skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
