This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on expertise in finance controllership within the real estate services industry by supporting annual financial statement audits and month-end accounting processes, including P&L and Balance Sheet reviews.Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide audit support for annual accounts
- Prepare and follow up on audit confirmations for intercompany balances within and outside SG entities
- Assist in month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries, and financial reporting including P&L flux analysis
- Assist to follow up on balance sheet open items
- Undertake special projects/assignments and ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned
About You:
- Enrollment in or completion of a finance or accountancy degree with strong academic performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
