Architect / Civil Engineer for Technical Due Diligence (m/f/d) Berlin
These tasks await you:
- Support in the preparation of the technical due diligence (TechDD), technical assessments of residential and commercial properties, with the expectation to independently prepare such assessments after you have spent some time with us.
- Carrying out quality controls and acceptances.
- Ensuring the quality of planning and economic efficiency.
- Advising investors and property developers on the purchase and sale of properties.
- Preparation of TechDD reports.
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification in the field of technical property consultancy.
- Relevant experience in the field of technical due diligence / property valuation is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written German and good English skills.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Professional behaviour towards clients and service providers.
- Strong sense of initiative, analytical thinking and quality awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of accuracy and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
