  • Need to manage overall IFM Services operations at multiple client sites.
  • Client Contract Management
  • Managing Budgeting & financials of the accounts.
  • Site Compliance Management
  • Vendor compliance Management
  • Supporting Business solutions team for new business pitches, site survey & proposal etc.
  • Timely monthly invoice processing of the client site.
  • Manage client receivables & vendor payment
  • Supporting new client transition

Qualification- Any Degree are MBA

Experience- 7-to 10 years of experience in property management preferably from the competition
