We are currently looking for candidates for the Asset Services – Client Finance department for the position of Senior Accountant.Job Description
Scope of duties for the position:
- preparation of calculations and tax returns (VAT, CIT)
- preparation of reporting to the Central Statistical Office, Slovak National Bank & ECB and other statutory requirements
- valuation of settlements
- analysis of accounting accounts and implementation of the month-end closing procedure
- control and reconciliation of receivables and payables balances
- reconciling data with the finance department
- preparation of financial statements
- reporting to external clients
- cooperation with audit
Personality requirements and skills
- min. 4 years of experience in accounting
- knowledge of the provisions of the Accounting Act and IFRS standards
- knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (VAT and CIT Acts)
- experience in maintaining full accounting of the company, reporting to the IFRS group, NBP and GUS
- knowledge of English (at least B1 level)
- knowledge of accounting issues in the real estate industry will be an additional asset
- very good work organization
- ability to work in a team
