The purpose of this position as a operations coordinator is to provide/ensure that the facilities are managed in a manner that contributes to offer a pleasant and functional work environment for its employees. This role renders support to the downstream FM work processes ranging from vendor sourcing and coordination, billing administration, accounts receivable recovery and new employee onboarding to C&W systems and related work processes.Job Description
About the Role:
- Facilities complaints management and recording
- Coordination and dispatch of Site Hazard Manuals
- Work order management and closures
- Coordinate the facilities management service, which encompasses ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, electrical support, and the help desk function, following environmental safety guidelines.
- Deliver on going performance and compliance reporting to all stakeholders, following contract and corporate obligations.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in facilities/office management
- A good sense of autonomy and a good judgment for what must be done and when
- A good sense of initiative combined with a willingness to meet objectives and produce concrete results
- Japanese N2 required
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude
