About the role:

This is a great opportunity for customer service-minded individuals to join this client site-based Cushman and Wakefield team. You will be provided with on-the-job training and development along with ample opportunity to progress and diversify your career either on this account or within the broader C&W business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound deliveries at the loading bay, handle equipment and stock, oversee vehicular movements, and monitor health and safety practices for vehicular access and egress.

  • Work with contractors relevant to the Loading Dock services and other services as required.

  • Ensure excellent customer service in relationships with the client and associated stakeholders.

  • Ability to work as a part of a team and by yourself.

  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, flexible, and supportive nature.

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour.
