Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role involves managing project delivery, client relationships, and financial performance while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, actively developing business opportunities.
• Day-to-day liaison with assigned client representative(s) during the course of an instruction.
• Manage or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender documents, delivering pitches/ presentations and conducting negotiations.
• Ensure projects, designs, drawings, presentations, reports, etc are delivered on time and in budget.
• Strengthen C&W integrated portfolio by building links across business groups and global office network and working collaboratively to generate new instructions, pool expertise and provide advice.

Skills & Experience

• MRICS or equivalent relevant professional qualification to the fit out project management role.
• Proven track record in commercial fit-out and refurbishment project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• IT skills (Auto CAD, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
