The PA Operational Delivery Lead (Account & Database Management) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Portfolio Administration services across Account Management (AM) and Database Management (DM) scopes within the PSC. This role ensures adherence to client KPIs and service excellence standards, while leading process improvements and stakeholder engagement across assigned portfolios.Job Description
Managing all Account Management (AM) and Database Management (DM) functions under Portfolio Administration within the PSC.
To deliver excellence of service and achieve client KPls in a client driven environment to both internal and external clients through management of all AM and DM-related Portfolio Administration functions.
To manage and maximize service excellence and team productivity. To represent the PA in client bid/pitch activity where appropriate. To ensure integration of new client contracts within the PSC.
Managing, developing and engaging PA teams in line with clients' needs and C&W policies/requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in real estate - lease data management and real estate will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience supervising a team providing guidance and training to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- High proficiency in lease management systems and database tools.
- A motivated team player who can support a multi-regional and diverse team. Must be able to engage others effectively in a matrix organization environment – up, down, laterally, and through.
