About the Role:
- Lead the creation of high-level retail design concepts from ideation through early development stages.
- Translate brand narratives and business goals into compelling physical environments. Research global trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform design directions.
- Create sketches, mood boards, storyboards, concepts, and visual presentations to communicate design vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, technical) and external partners (vendors, architects, clients.
- Stay current with trends in retail, experiential design, materials, and technologies.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 6+ years of experience in retail, experiential, or branded environment design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative concept work and spatial storytelling.
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills (hand and/or digital).
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering innovative retail experiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCad and presentation software is a plus
