About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to support our high-performing Brokerage team in Sydney West. Based in Parramatta, this role is pivotal in helping us deliver exceptional service to our local and global clients.
You’ll be the backbone of our team managing administrative tasks, coordinating travel, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation
Schedule meetings, video calls, and manage calendars
Support property campaigns: marketing materials, vendor reports, legal communications
Maintain team LinkedIn profiles and assist with digital presence
Prepare documentation including authorities and heads of agreements
Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and expense reconciliation
Assist in creating reports and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide data analysis and support marketing material development
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus
Professional presentation and a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team
