Job Description Summary

Oversee property management, budgeting, maintenance, client relations, and team coordination for Town Council projects and facilities.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Lead a team of property Officer in the management of public housing estates
  • Work closely with the various grassroots organisations and government agencies on projects to enhance the living environment
  • Plan and implement the Town Council's improvement programmes and exercise prudent budgetary control
  • Engage the residents to source for their feedback on the service level of the Town Council

You are:

  • Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate/ Building Management, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience at management level
  • Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in HDB estate management, Town Council Management in highly preferred
