Job Description Summary

Support property management operations by assisting with service planning, customer service, training, complaint handling, meeting services, and quality supervision of logistics service providers.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Assist the project manager in developing property management service plans;
  • Assist in drafting the Customer Service Department's operation manuals;
  • Formulate and implement annual and monthly training plans for the Customer Service Department staff;
  • Responsible for receiving visitors, registering complaints, forwarding them, and following up on services;
  • Handle the distribution of daily customer-related notices and announcements, as well as communication with customers;
  • Provide meeting services, including reception, meeting room management, patrols, and management of meeting equipment;
  • Assist the client's administrative department in supervising and evaluating the quality of relevant logistics service providers;
  • Organize evaluations and assessments of parties related to service centers;
  • Conduct quality checks and follow-ups on the services provided by related parties;

You are:

  • Diploma or higher in Property Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Over 1 years of experience in customer service or property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in drafting SOPs and coordinating staff training
  • Familiarity with complaint resolution and service quality assessments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative coordination
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
