We are looking for a dynamic and motivated real estate professional to join our Transaction Management team. In this role, you will support the strategy and execution of commercial real estate transactions across India. You will work closely with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) leaders, internal teams, and external brokers to deliver value-driven solutions and seamless execution of real estate strategies.Job Description
About the Role
- Execute a wide range of real estate transaction projects (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions) across India.
- Assist with financial analyses including cashflows, NPV/IRR projections, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with brokers and internal/external stakeholders for project execution.
- Support client communication and relationship management, ensuring regular updates and timely delivery.
- Participate in preparing proposals, reports, LOIs, RFPs, and broker opinion documents.
- Collaborate with other departments like Lease Admin, Project Management, and Facilities to ensure aligned execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state real estate regulations.
About You
- 2 to 5 years of experience in transaction management or real estate advisory.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of real estate financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – capable of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize work, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High emotional intelligence and attention to detail – essential to manage client expectations and internal coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with commercial leasing or transaction execution in real estate services.
- Exposure to client relationship management in multicultural settings.
