Job Description Summary

Provides administrative support for tenant utility accounts, manages daily operations, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures accurate billing, meter readings, and issue resolution in commercial and retail properties

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Provide administrative support for our tenant management services to tenants’ electricity and water accounts in commercial and retail buildings
  • Carry out the daily operations in the provision of tenant management services
  • Managing the Opening and closing of tenants’ electricity accounts
  • Liaise with vendors and tenants for the Supply and Installation of meters to tenants’ premises
  • Schedule and manage meter readings of tenant’s electricity and water usage
  • Billing and collection of tenants’ accounts utility usage
  • Co-ordinate with building management to manage tenants’ arrears and follow up actions
  • Respond to customer queries and follow up with landlords and tenants to clarify and resolve any issues

You are:

  • Minimum NITEC in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in tenant or utility account management, preferably in commercial or retail property
  • Good understanding of electricity and water account processes, including billing, meter reading, and account setup/closure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, vendors, and building management effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
