Job Description

  • Operations Management:
  • Develop and implement facility maintenance plans and budgets.
  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and optimize energy consumption and utility cost.
  • Oversee and manage all technical & Soft services aspects of mall operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, building automation, and security systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all technical infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Supervise and mentor facility operations staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs for facility operations staff.
  • Motivate and engage staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage and coordinate technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the mall premises.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the facility operations budget.
  • Monitor and track facility operations costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Project Management: Manage technical projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
    • Vendor Management: Ensure quality of work and adherence to contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

  • Experience:
    • 20+ years of experience in facility operations, with 10 + years in a management role.
    • Proven experience in managing complex facilities, including malls or large commercial properties.
    • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Considerable experience in technical operations management, preferably in a large commercial facilities or mall environment.
    • Experience in managing technical teams and projects.
    • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
    • Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
