About the Role:
- Creating and maintaining a centralized management structure and processes for a group of cross-functional projects across an organization, aimed at ensuring standardization, reducing duplication, and leveraging resources such as people, technology, and communication to support the desired outcome.
- Coordinating and communicating with the Retail Banking Working Group formed by different SME’s in CRES to support Branch Transformation Strategy for the Client.
- Establishing a trusted relationship with the Client and with the internal Business Units to help in providing Portfolio Strategy analysis for Branch Network to support the decision making using available data and insights. Important to manage Sr. Stakeholders and understand Business Needs to transform them in Property outcomes, working together with other SMEs in Property.
- Provide Retail Branch Transformation Leadership in relation to retail branch activity in Asia.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience in Programme Management or PMO role. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
- Have experience in delivering Project Management cross APAC - retail projects.
- Have experience in PMS and Dashboard/Data aggregation systems.
- Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology is required.
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
