Senior People Services Advisor, North AmericaJob Description Summary
This individual will own the entirety of the leave lifecycle for multiple populations, acting as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries. This position will liaise regularly with the company’s third-party leave administrator as well as with our Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Relations teams. They will also be responsible to assist the broader People Services team as needed to coordinate and maintain the full employee life cycle within the standard company processes and various platforms.Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide guidance and support with employee transactions in HRIS systems (Workday) via Manager or Employee self-service (MSS, ESS), to center around LOA and Payroll administration
- Ensure proper compliance with LOA, DOL, EEOC, and Wage and Hour provisions
- Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders and HR Centers of Excellence
- Senior HR Advisor in large and complex organization supporting US Employee base
- Responsible to provide LOA coordination for up to 15,000 employee base
About You:
- Associate Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 2+ years of Leave of Absence experience with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employment information (or any similar combination of education and experience)
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong knowledge base surrounding ADAA, FMLA, Personal Family Leave, and State Leave Requirements
