Job Description Summary

The Manager for Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and facilitating the efficient delivery of services that support Portfolio Administration. This role involves managing vendor set up, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. The Manager fosters strong partnerships with vendors, mitigates risks, and ensures alignment with business objectives and client expectations. The position entails collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing strategic insights to improve team performance and contribute to the overall success of vendor management functions.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Manage Portfolio Administration services for accounts ranging from a single to multiple accounts.
  • Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is completed and deadlines are met ensuring excellent client service is delivered to internal and external clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to company standards

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience -- procurement, supply chain, vendor relationship management. Relevant experience in invoice processing, expense reconciliations and real estate will be additional advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience supervising a team providing guidance and training to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using lease administration and EFT/ERP /financial software.
  • High proficiency in lease management systems and database tools.
