Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee service vendors and ensure timely delivery of contracted serviced(e.g., cleaning, HVAC)
- Monitor building system such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical services to ensure proper functionality
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and procurement for facility-related expenses
- Coordinate and supervise workplace improvement projects or relocations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to standards and safety protocols
- Handle tenant/client requests and provide timely resolution to facility issues
- Maintain facility documentation, including maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance records
- Generate and present reports on facility operations and performance metrics
- Requires a proactive approach to managing operational challenges, a focus on client satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
