Facility Operations & Maintenance responsibilities
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address technical issues proactively.
- Supervise all maintenance programs related to building systems, interior/exterior conditions, and safety compliance.
- Plan and manage construction projects in the field of electrical and mechanical systems and construction elements, aimed at maintaining or increasing the long-term value of the asset.
- Monitor vendor contracts, review invoices for accuracy, and ensure service quality.
- Report on the progress of managed construction projects.
Financial & Compliance Management
- Assist in budget planning, financial tracking, and cost optimization for facility improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records, including OSHA, ADA, safety logs, contracts, and vendor insurance.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Technical Leadership & Reporting
- Provide insights and technical recommendations for facility upgrades and long-term planning.
- Support the development of capital budgets and contribute to long-term maintenance strategies.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues.
Skills & Competencies
Technical
- Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering, and property operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret blueprints, contracts, and facility management agreements.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications / Experience / Education
- Associate’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in technical facility management, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate
- English on minimum B2 level.
