About the Role:
- Subject matter expert for Environment, Health & Safety and primary interface within defined geographic regions for both C&W and client representatives
- Adapt and standardize EHS agreed processes, plans and activities calendar to operate across the client account.
- Devise and implement an EHS audit program to monitor compliance against statutory regulations, reduce risk and improve performance against C&W EHS management systems and processes as well as client’s EHS expectations.
- Develop and deploy EHS training and awareness for site contacts.
- Implement safe working practices and procedures and maintain a high awareness of safety by training employees.
Responsibilities - Engineering
- Responsible for Critical Process Assurance across all managed sites.
- Responsible for implementation of Asset care and Maintenance Program in country.
- Complying to statutory regulations.
- Responsible for compliance to Data Centre SLAs and implementation of best practices.
- Responsible for management of risk in Critical Environment to assure business continuity through resilience robustness and maintenance strategies.
About You:
- Higher Level Qualification / Certification (such as Degree or Diploma) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building, or related/equivalent course of study or work experience.
- Integrated Facility Management experience for commercial offices particularly in equipment’s and engineering (mechanical, electrical and such) and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience of HSW management, or a related field is preferred.
- Drives accountability – ability to establish clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals and moving others to responsibility for their goals.
- Demonstrates integrity – acts consistent with what he/she says an believes in line with ethical standards.
