Purpose of the role in 1-2 sentences This role is responsible for site checks and contact database management in a local market, from start to finish. This includes developing and maintaining the contact and property databases and other sales support. Asset types include office buildings, retail spaces, standalone shophouses and mini hotels.

About the Role:

  • Conduct market research activities and manage data collection (via internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/database, articles, news) on assigned destinations.

  • Site visit and update project information.

  • Ensure property data and client contact inputs of the highest quality.

  • Translate standard documents.

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or additional tasks that may be required by the Company.

  • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature and attend conventions, seminars, association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.

  • General administration duties relevant to the department.

About You:

  • IT literate and internet savvy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English.

  • Previous experience in a similar cold calling, telesales, field work or market survey role is advantageous.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to do site checks and travel within the city.

  • Overtime work during the peak seasons might be required.

  • Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Able to work well independently or within a team.

  • Professional in manner and appearance.

  • Good sense of responsibility and accountability.

  • Comfortable to take challenges and be multi-tasked.

  • Interest in real estate preferred.
