Job Description Summary

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the FMC team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth facility operations. This role includes managing maintenance programs, handling emergency repairs, overseeing health and safety compliance, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Additionally, the Site Engineer will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, manage customer service issues, support office operations, and deputize for the Director when required.

About the Role:

  • Site Operations & Maintenance – Oversee daily site activities, coordinate FMC teams, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building regulations, managing emergency repairs and risk assessments.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management – Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, address customer service issues, and ensure service quality.
  • Leadership & Support – Assist in office operations, support the Director, and take on additional responsibilities when required.

About You:

  • Minimally a Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services or any other relevant discipline
  • Has minimally 2 years of experience organizing, overseeing, and manage the FMC team, subcontractors, and maintenance programs using appropriate tools.
  • Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
