About the Role:
- Guide, mentor and motivate staff towards optimum performance via weekly huddles etc
- Ensure staff completes self-development relevant training hours
- Career and talent development of staff
- Check Staff update leave at SharePoint & approve staff leave on workday
- Approve Staff OT claim
- Assess Staff Performance via workday
- Feedback Management of reporting staffs
- Verify refund requests for permits
- Verify and approve credit transfers
- penalty waiver
- Ensure staff assigned complete annual fixed assets sighting
- Conduct sample verification checks
- Submit verified fixed assets listing for SFAM approval
- Ensure procurement of fixed assets are in line with approved budgets
- Ensure all filing are done in a timely manner by the assigned staff
- Review of new applications in the system (within 3 weeks of application) & ensure only via GIRO
- Approve termination (within 3 weeks of application)
- Timely communications to tenants
- Timely preparation of summon notices for illegal parking and obstructions
- Handle issues and close cases as required
- Managing call centre staff
- Complete and submit of call centre reports to SFAM for verification before sending to various internal stakeholders- data to be extracted by Sean from 751.
- ensure less than 10% of total unattended calls
- Office inventory
- Appointment of external auditors (to be supported by SFAM)
- Insurance (to be supported by SFAM)

About You:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in operations, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in staff management, talent development, and performance assessment.
- Strong knowledge of financial approvals, fixed asset management, and procurement processes.
- Ability to oversee call center operations, ensure timely reporting, and manage customer service standards.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance, tenant communication, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in workforce management systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) for leave approvals, OT claims, and performance assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to verify financial transactions, refund requests, and penalty waivers.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, and insurance providers.
- Ability to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.
