• Technical consultation, project management, and construction management including managing the minor and major works across a number of sectors including corporate fit-out, commercial refurbishment, and capital works across single engagements, repeat clients and portfolio clients across Japan.
• Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects within budget, schedule and quality constraints.
• Pricing negotiation with vendors and contractors.
• Manage the full procurement process including tendering, evaluations and contract management on behalf of clients
• Building construction management and cost estimating
• Stakeholder management and communication, negotiation and conflict management.
• Solid organizational management including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Operate well in a team environment as well as a high degree of autonomy
• Sales activities to maintain relationships with new and existing clients and to win projects
