Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technology Solutions Lead to identify client needs and deliver tailored technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Technology selling is an integral part of this role, which will spearhead the technology vertical, overseeing the deployment and maintenance of tech solutions across hundreds of clients throughout India.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Understand client requirements and challenges to propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Partner with the Business Development team for client bids and pitches from a technology perspective.

Solution Development & Risk Mitigation:

  • Collaborate with technical teams/vendors to customize solutions that meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of technology solutions through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Ensure risk mitigation through thorough assessments of vendors around security governance, certifications, IT operations, network, cloud and physical security, data protection, and management including audits such as INFOSEC.

Client Technology Transition Management:

  • Implement common facility and property management technology solutions, including QR-based checklist management, asset management, preventive maintenance, inventory management, complaint management, feedback management, AMC & compliance management, incident tracker, digital gate pass management, attendance management, smart energy management, smart washroom solutions, VMS & ERP – Residential, visitor management system, and AI-based drone inspection.
  • Deploy CW Global Technology solutions (FAMIS360, Yardi, TRIANA).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of technology solutions relevant to facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Expertise in client bids and pitches with strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical information into business value.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analytics, Power Apps, and BI reporting.
  • Experience in improving and enhancing existing IT systems.
  • Expertise in site survey management and solutioning.
