The role includes working on mixed assignments related to Investment Risk Monitoring, Technical Due Diligence and project billing review related works and report writing pertaining to MEP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience with any of the IPC preferably on green field or construction projects.
- Project billing and contracting experience
- Project scheduling and task planning
- Greenfield Construction experience
The role includes project/ MEP reviews reports of green field construction projects and fit-out projects spanning
- Minimum 6+ years post qualification experience
- Carrying out residential, commercial and hospitality projects across India on aspects of approvals, costs of approvals, project budgets and billing, schedule, quality, safety, risks etc. as per requirement under the guidance of the Project Lead.
- End to end ownership of assigned projects from inception to data collection, initiation, to site visits, report preparation, discussion with internal teams and client, submission, invoicing and collections.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met. Interface with lead consultants and client project teams
- Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills and vocabulary for writing reports
- On site experience related to site activities and scheduling sequence (especially MEP).
- Arrange and conduct regular site meetings, as required, between the project stakeholders. Record and distribute MOM and actions items checklist for follow-up.
- Prepare, communicate and manage detailed timelines of construction/ MEP activities
- Use technical knowledge and experience to advise the project team (client, project manager, designer, consultant) of potential issues with respect to design, constructability, co-ordination efficiency, and offer suggestions to improve or overcome
- Monitor and maintain progress and project program. Highlight and monitor base line and critical activities schedule.
- Prepare accurate and timely project progress reports
- Preferred experience of vendor billing and contracts
- Have a commercial awareness and assist PM and QS in monitoring project cost/ Budget.
