About The Role:
- Be responsible under the leadership of Associate Director and Head of Department to monitor and ensure achievement of the approved business plan
- Grow tenant advisory and landlord services including strategy development, annual objectives and potential targets in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi
- Work closely with staff in other Cushman & Wakefield service lines nationally and internationally for the benefit of the business
- Support team leader in preparing option lists, meeting minutes, business development activities and in helping tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements, including acquisition, renewal, relocation, or consolidation services.
- Negotiating & executing tenant representation appointments, handling customer’s requests and improving service quality to increase customer satisfaction
- Create and leverage opportunities in the marketplace to secure the most advantageous transaction structure, advise clients on how to best leverage their tenancies in the market to achieve maximum value and flexibility.
About You:
- At least 5 years of work experience in commercial real estate industry
- 2 years work experience in a supervisory position at MNC
- Proven ability in leading an agency team gained through direct line management experience.
- Proven experience of talent management and development.
- Proven track record in dealing sizable transactions with MNC clients
