Position Overview
As an Analyst in the Tenant Advisory team, you'll support the team by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining property and market data, preparing lease summaries, conducting financial modeling, and assisting with client presentations. Your insights will help deliver superior services to our clients and contribute to achieving team goals.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Source and analyze property and market data to improve market intelligence.
Prepare lease summaries, financial models, and inspection reports.
Maintain accurate property and contact records in databases.
Assist with business development activities and create client presentations.
Help with scheduling inspections and attending meetings alongside brokers.
Maintain the property options database and produce market intel as needed.
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and business writing skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive self-starter with a strong interest in property and career progression.
