Job Description Summary

Job Description

  • Assist the Property Manager with management and maintenance of the HDB Estates
  • Work with the team to attend and resolve residents’ feedback
  • Work closely with Town Councilors, Residents, Grassroot Organizations and other relevant government agencies
  • Supervise improvement and upgrading works
  • Manage budget control / planning and arrears
  • Carry out enforcement actions on common properties and open space by-laws

Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate/ Building Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Able to work after office hours / during weekends whenever required (for events / functions etc)
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in HDB estate management, Town Council Management is highly preferred
