September – Online applications open
The first stage is to complete an application form and complete a few psychometric tests. Successful candidates will then be invited to conduct a short video interview where you will answer a number of questions about yourself, your career goals, your knowledge on Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield, and it will be a chance for you to showcase your key skills and competencies.
If you are successful, you will be invited to one of our in person Assessment Days.

December to February – In person Assessment Centres
This will be a chance for you to meet with Senior Leadership at C&W. We will be assessing a verity of elements, including but not limited to:
•Your knowledge on the Real Estate industry, current market conditions and news, and any examples of projects and/or topics that particularly interest you.
•Prior experience - you will be expected to provide examples of activities that would aid you on our Grad Scheme, skills gained and how you can transfer them to a role at C&W.
