Leadership Commitment
AMERICAS DIVERSITY & INCLUSION COUNCIL
In 2017, Cushman & Wakefield established the Diversity and Inclusion Council (D&I Council). This council is sponsored by Shawn Mobley, Chief Executive Americas, and is comprised of representatives from across the Americas. Through this council, Cushman & Wakefield will develop and promote education and awareness of diversity and inclusion strategies. The D&I Council also serves as a forum for sharing best practices and ensuring consistent use of metrics across the region.

CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD FUTURE LEADERS (CWFL) 
Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) was created to foster the future leadership talent at our firm. The group’s mission is to create a network of rising professionals within Cushman & Wakefield which, through continuing education, collaboration, communication and community service, will grow individually and collectively. The Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) was formed to accelerate the advancement of women working at our firm. The group’s mission is to develop and support the talents of our women team members, and have meaningful impact on the firm’s performance. UNITY

Veterans at Cushman & Wakefield will find challenging and rewarding work directly related to their skills and talents. The mission of the Veterans Initiative Program is to attract and retain military veterans in positions across all company service lines. We are growing partnerships with organizations like 
Hiring Our Heroes and Team Rubicon, as well as working with coalitions to develop best practices for hiring, retaining and supporting veteran colleagues. We also support veterans by donating to organizations such as Operation Finally Home
