DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION NETWORK
Cushman & Wakefield’s Diversity & Inclusion Network was relaunched in 2018 as a 40+ strong team of committee members who drive initiatives across sub-committees that reflect a broad range of communities in Australia - LGBTI+ Network, Indigenous Engagement, Gender Diversity, Life and Family, Multicultural Values and Disability Support. These committees run events throughout the year
WOMEN'S INTEGRATED NETWORK (WIN)
The Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) was designed to accelerate the advancement of women working at Cushman & Wakefield by creating a real connection between employees across all areas of the organisation. WIN Melbourne and WIN Auckland consist of all female employees in Victoria (AU) and New Zealand, as well as male allies and supporters across the two countries. WIN continues to expand across the Asia Pacific region with new chapters opening regularly.
VIVID SYDNEY ACCESS & INCLUSION PARTNERSHIP - TUMBALONG LIGHTS playSPACE
Commencing in 2017 and growing larger with each festival, Cushman & Wakefield’s Access & Inclusion partnership with Vivid Sydney has transformed from the provision of accessible infrastructure and tours for community groups, to building Australia’s largest inclusive playground in the heart of Darling Harbour during the 23 night-long festival, in it’s 10th year. We partner with JobSupport Australia to provide meaningful employment opportunities to candidates with intellectual disabilities.
